I learned to fly in Florida, IMO your best bet is to plan a lot of Florida inland
a bit. Lots of places you can get to the coast on each side, and are pretty,
but some parts are a bit trafficky. Flying down to Key West & back is cool,
you'll like that.
The Georgia coast in a lot of places is just marsh, so flying a a bit further inland
it's not like you have given up anything, South Carolina is a bit better.
You would be welcome to stop in at my strip and we would be glad to give you a
place to stay, but it is not close to the coast and it is only 700' long. (3TN0)
