The aircraft could be shipped to Belgium.  It would have to be  dismantled 
and shipped by boat.  I do not know what the cost of taking it  apart and 
shipping would be.  

As I said I am open to an offer.  I can tell you that I have a lot  more in 
the aircraft than I can sell it for.
