We can do it in the hanger. Then we can start flying Saturday. The friend of mine that says he was coming down is lead qualified. Anyone in the back seat with a student will need to be a lead or check pilot in order to recommend the pilot for a check ride. They will also need to be current and qualified FAST pilots. If you want to pole the attendees and determine their FAST status or their real plans to participate, (takes alot of gas) we can plan accordingly. Let me know your thoughts. Pizza delivery in Mojave? I'll bring all the paper work we need. It sounds like we'll have plenty of back seat support. How many people are actually in for formation training. Really. At least 2 tanks of fuel required. You boys that are serious about this need to fax your letter to the FAA. Anybody need Flight reviews? We can do that at the same time. Bring your pilot log books. Let me know. ________________________________ Message 5 _____________________________________ Time: 01:13:32 PM PST US From: "Ernest Martinez" Subject: Re: L29-List: formation --> L29-List message posted by: "Ernest Martinez" Just 2 tanks of fuel for a full formation training regime to get wing qualified???? Sounds like we might have one or two L-39's and a Yak-52 show up. ________________________________ Message 10 ____________________________________ Time: 03:51:30 PM PST US From: SD737@aol.com Subject: L29-List: Nitrogen Leak --> L29-List message posted by: SD737@aol.com Hi guys, I've got a nitrogen leak that must be in my emergency system because my main AND emergency system go to zero after a day or so. Since the main system feeds the emergency system and I believe there is a one way check valve between the two, it sort of narrows it down to a leak in the emergency system. Question: Has anyone found any one particular area that lends itself to being a common reoccurring area for me to look at? Just trying to possibly narrow down the likely culprit(s) in my emergency system before I go check out fitting after fitting with soap. Appreciate anyone's past experience with chasing down nitrogen leaks and what areas they may have found to be an issue (other than the entire system) Lol... Please post on matronics or email me directly: SD737@aol.com Thanks, Scott ________________________________ Message 11 ____________________________________ Time: 04:07:09 PM PST US From: "Bill" Subject: Re: L29-List: Nitrogen Leak --> L29-List message posted by: "Bill" Fire cock. ----- Original Message ----- From: Sent: Thursday, March 02, 2006 5:51 PM Subject: L29-List: Nitrogen Leak > --> L29-List message posted by: SD737@aol.com > > Hi guys, > > I've got a nitrogen leak that must be in my emergency system because my > main > AND emergency system go to zero after a day or so. Can we use your hanger for the class? Although with all the airplanes you have is there any room? Unless they have any class rooms in the public area. I've never been there. Is there parking by your hanger area? Thanks again for your hospitality. Hope your there. If you don't have a program letter in, you need to do that as well. It needs to be carried in your airplane, along with your Ops limitations, and the update that you send for this deal plus all the normal paper work. If you haven't done one it is nothing more than: Name address FAA FSDO city,State On Friday, March 24, 2006, I will be flying my L-29, N129BS from KENV to L71, for a flying event, with stops as required for fuel & weather. Returning on Sunday, March 26, 2006. Sign and date it. Must be in 48 hours before the flight. You're not asking permission, you are informing them that you are going.
