Do you know where to bleed the fuel line? If not, I'll describe where to find them. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Brian Colombo" Sent: Tuesday, March 21, 2006 6:32 PM Subject: Re: Re: L29-List: low idle and fuel pressure issues. > --> L29-List message posted by: "Brian Colombo" > > Bill I do not have the right tool to blead the system, I would love to > hear > the cheep way( lol) does that word even go in a sentance with l-29. Friday might not be that good but we are doing ground school and might be flyable in afternoon. My weather guy tells me that sat and sun should be fine. If you are sitting in the rear cockpit with the canopy closed it is over your right shoulder. It is a simple spring loaded overpressure dump with a rubber seal inside. My rubber seal is old, dry and cracked and just will not seal. I either need a new seal for it or a new or used serviceable unit. All my nitrogen is gone in 20 min and I here it coming from there. I could prob. just make a new rubber seal but I figured I would check if anyone had this unit or the seal first. Thanks as always. you guys are really great when it comes to helping a newbie such as myself. Vance and I will be at Nut Tree for Lunch. We hope to see you guys there as well. Leave early Friday so you have time to dodge & duck your way South. Bring your formation books. With any luck, we'll have nice new call signs for each of you by Sunday! I don't think any Lockheeds were manufactured in Czech.
