It would be like formation in slow motion!!! ________________________________ Message 3 _____________________________________ Time: 04:22:25 PM PST US From: "Ernest Martinez" Subject: Re: L29-List: FAST --> L29-List message posted by: "Ernest Martinez" Unless you're independently wealthy and have a friend who is also, you'll never get proficient in formation flying with the jet, secondly you'll never experience a mass formation. This year at Sun & Fun we put up 25 planes in one mass formation. Too slow.......whats the hurry, do you use the Jet for transportation? Basically every time I fly mine I usually end up landing where I started. Formation in Slow motion???? How can you tell the difference??? When you're hangining off your lead there is no sense of speed, 100knts or 400 makes absolutely no difference. Also flying formation in the Jet is easy, try it in a plane which requires the use of rudder. Also try flying inside slot of a large delta formation in the wake of 20 airplanes in front of you and all around you, that'll increase the pucker factor a bit. I can fly my CJ 10 times for the same money that I would spend boring holes in the sky by myself for 45 minutes in the Jet. Check out this link, these pics were taken from my back seat. We are in the 4th flight of a mass formation of 6 flights (24 airplanes in all). http://www.mcgirt.net/yak/Sun-n-Fun_2006/ My jet is still for sale if you want to buy one for a friend you can formate with on a regular basis.
