Hey Ernie, (Earnie Martinez Florida) You still have a CJ-6. Is it for sale? Do you know of anyone in the US wanting to unload their CJ? Do you know who to go to for a fairly good CJ in the crate fresh off the boat? Thanks, Scott Reno, NV _sd737@aol.com_ (mailto:sd737@aol.com) http://discover.aol.com/memed/aolcom30tour ________________________________ Message 2 _____________________________________ Time: 06:09:21 AM PST US From: "Ernest Martinez" Subject: Re: L29-List: CJ-6?? Yes, I still have my CJ, yes its still for sale. I wouldnt buy one off the boat unless you want a lesson in thievery. Check out mine on http://commiewarbird.blogspot.com I'm asking $100k for the plane and all my spares which include a NEW engine, or $85k for the plane alone. This is no lipstick on a pig airplane, it has very low hours, the engine compartment is very dry, the plane lives in an air conditioned hangar and is pampered. This airplane had all the control wires and new ceconite about 4 years ago. Airframe was rebuilt from the ground up, before importation into Europe initially. This was a real overhaul, not a BIC overhaul which is what you are likely to find from most of the so called importers. Every bushing, every bearing, every rod end was replaced with new. The engne has around 300 hrs on it, but I suggest you fly several CJ's THEN fly mine, and you'll see what I mean when I say how smooth it runs. I've had the new engine sitting there, and I dont see anyone installing it any time soon. Ernie On 9/6/07, SD737@aol.com wrote: > > Hey Ernie, (Earnie Martinez Florida) > > You still have a CJ-6.
