Doc Blevins L-29 did 507 mph and won the Silver class jet race today.
The day of the L-39 fatal accident, the L-29 with the Viper was battling for
first place against the T-33 with the T-2 Buckeye on his tail in third.
Then next day the Viper L-29 was DEAD last.
With today being the final day the Viper L-29 did a bit better, but it was
obviously not pushing to be in the anywhere near the lead.
The T-33 didn't fly today so the T-2 Buckeye won the Gold jet race.
I do have tires, zero time overhauled factory engine with logs, parts,
canopies, etc, but am out of town on a 4 day trip starting Monday.
