We are currently looking for a roommate to share a wonderful 3br 2.5
bathroom 3 floors beautiful townhouse located at gorgeous oak park, a
hometown for many notable people such as Ernest Hemingway and Richard Bach.
About the townhouse:
--Three floors: your bedroom will be on the main floor (the first floor),
the second floor is living room, the third floor includes two bedrooms
--The 2nd Fl (the shared area) is furnished with carpet and the main floor
is furnished with new wood
--Dishwasher in the kitchen.
--Washer and Dryer inside the townhouse
--Kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances
--Total 2000 ft
--Very lovely street with very nice neighbors
--Very safe area
--A playground outside the townhouse (sometimes many kindergarten kids are
playing baseball and very interesting to watch)
--A small garden in front of the town house for us
--3 blocks to Green/Blue lines and just minutes drive from the downtown.
--High-speed Internet, center heating/air conditioning
--Expected move-in date: Sep1st or flexible.
About your bedroom:
--A spacious bedroom (14'*13') with a bright window and two closets
--A full Bathroom inside the bedroom!!!
--New wood flooring
--A small private Balcony where you can have BBQ or lying on the chair to
enjoy the sunshine
--Very cool in summer and very warm in winter
--Price is $614, share 1/3 utilities with us
--assigned parking lot included in the rent!!!
About us:
one Asian female graduate student and one Asian male undergraduate student
in UIC. Both of us are conscientious, clean, laid-back, and willing to help.
About you:
We are looking for a roommate is responsible, respectful, and clean. If you
are a student nearby or work in downtown oak park or Chicago, it would be an
ideal home for you.
Female preferred.
Credit check. No pets, sorry.
The lease is from Sep 1st, 2009 to June 30th, 2010 (ten month)
