About the townhouse: --Three floors: your bedroom will be on the main floor (the first floor), the second floor is living room, the third floor includes two bedrooms --The 2nd Fl (the shared area) is furnished with carpet and the main floor is furnished with new wood --Dishwasher in the kitchen. --Washer and Dryer inside the townhouse --Kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances --Total 2000 ft --Very lovely street with very nice neighbors --Very safe area --A playground outside the townhouse (sometimes many kindergarten kids are playing baseball and very interesting to watch) --A small garden in front of the town house for us --3 blocks to Green/Blue lines and just minutes drive from the downtown. --High-speed Internet, center heating/air conditioning --Expected move-in date: Sep1st or flexible.
