    I am looking for some documentation regarding the balancing specifications for rudder and elevator (control surfaces) for the L-29. I have looked thro ugh the manuals and I dont see anything specific.- I am trying to determi ne whether the rudder balances at the horizonal plane, or above or below an d if so, how many degrees.--- I appreciate any assistance.- thanks =0A=0A=0A

    Ummm.....
