Re: L29-List: L-2930 years old. Quailfies as antiques. Don't know the full history. Log books tell the maintenance side but never knew a pilot that admitted to the silly things he did alone in the prctice area.?? My body can't take it, and if I can't it done in 6g, I really screwed up. Just my thoughts. Still the same "G" rating. However, due to the age of the jets, most of us here have lowered them to 6/3. With the viper I can do loops without diving to acclerate. Is the L-29 still +8 -4 with viper ? Eaxctly. I know of no one that has rebalanced. At the supersonic speeds that the L-29 flies at, it doesn't seem to be an issue. Actually most of the reskinned rudders were just reinstalled and life is good. My is reskinned and I cruise at 325 kts. (I love my Viper!) No problems. Jean de Roubin B. I think it's a 540. 3400lbs. You can actually see the gauge moving during taxi out. I would guess it's 200++ at tree top level. I flew Dallas (actually Lancaster,TX) to Lamar, colorado, 485 miles non-stop. 95gph. 325 true. FL240. Pete had called and said y'all got the viper bug. Lots 'O fun! Lot 'O money. I'm thinking of selling my Viper. I even have a spare engine if you know anybody with a pocket full of cash. Do you have the Viper 522 in your plane? What is the real fuel burn per hour for a local flight? What's the real fuel burn per hour if you go cross country? Thanks for the info

Viper is 90 - 95 at FL240. Stock enginen should be from 115 to 120.
