Viper is 90 - 95 at FL240.
Stock enginen should be from 115 to 120. (If you have enough fuel to get to
FL240 and time!)

I think it's a 540. 3400lbs. You can actually see the gauge moving during
taxi out. I would guess it's 200++ at tree top level. I flew Dallas
(actually Lancaster,TX) to Lamar, colorado, 485 miles non-stop. 95gph. 325
true. FL240.
Pete had called and said y'all got the viper bug. Lots 'O fun! Lot 'O money.
I'm thinking of selling my Viper. I even have a spare engine if you know
anybody with a pocket full of cash.

Hey Bill,
Scott here in Reno.
Do you have the Viper 522 in your plane?
What is the real fuel burn per hour for a local flight?
What's the real fuel burn per hour if you go cross country?
Thanks for the info
