    Subject: Fuel Microbiocide Additive
          
      Has anyone had any experience with adding BIOBOR JF fuel microbiocide to th
      e L-29 fuel? With the lack of availability of new L-29 fuel filters, I am i
      nterested in keeping the fuel as free of contaminates and microbes as possi
      ble to help extend fuel filter life. I understand this also adds lubricity.
       Just wondering if there were any rubber components or seals that might be 
      damaged by using an additive.
      Already filtering the jet fuel for particulates and water. I know Jet-A has
       some anti-microbe additive but what if an alternative fuel were to be used
      ?
