This valve is very weak and is often stuck by corrosion.
I recommand, just before engine stop, to move this valve command to the
three position (hot, cold, automatic) an let it on cold before stopping
the engine. Advice by Checz Army guys who knows the plane very well.

tires as the L-29. They are made by Stomil, a Polish company, and I
bought a set for my airplane 2 years ago. They have worked out very
well and seem to be wearing very well. Desser list them online for $395
new.
