Anyone have a new rear canopy seal p/n XL 229.881-31 for sale for a L-29?
=C2-Price? Looking for a spare.
Also, I'm looking for photos or something that will show all of all the Cze
ch, Slovak,or Russian words that are in light blue on the fuselage that des
cribes all the access doors and other items on the fuselage. Example....for
the rear canopy seal lever on the outside of the rear canopy, words looks
like Hemet but too faded to be for sure. =C2-I'm painting the aircraft ba
ck to all original as it came from the factory/Czech Air Force and I'm want
ing to duplicate it exactly as it came new to the Czech Air Force

Can=99t help with the seal, but if you patient I can do photos of
the labels. Mine has original paint. Won=99t get their this
weekend but may next weekend.

If the aircraft was overhauled at LOT in Trencin got placards in Slovak
variant . If overhauled at Prerov then in czech . So both are acceptable
and correct.
