    I'm confused about what is being asked about. =C2-When you remove the dro p tanks there is a small clip that goes on over the access. As mentioned he re.     Why are you taking them off? The penalty for leaving them on is between 10% & 15%. Since most of us can=99t afford to go very far any way, it shouldn=99t matter. Just curious.
