Hi Bill, Well we found the micro switch that wasn't working. Next to impossible to remove so we sprayed it with cleaner and been exercising it regularly. It now appears to be consistently working. Time will tell... One more question...does the 2.6l of fluid for the emergency side come from the main hydraulic tank, or are the accumulators filled separately somewhere with fluid? Does this happen with the Accu Fill lever or is that air only? Multiple manuals but no real concise answer. Thanks, Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=470426#470426

Always the micro Sw. Normal system fills all. Make sure tank is full. Might take a long time to bleed off pressure. Fill it up within in an inch of the top of the filter screen. Run the engine at 80% and hold that handle while actuating the speed brakes. Let the hyd pressure gauge go all the way up and back to zero, then retract the speed brakes and let the needle go up then back to zero while holding the handle forward. Takes about 4-5 times/ Never let go of the handle, I might suggest that when servicing the hydraulic system at the annual inspection, be sure the accumulators have the nitrogen pre-charge of 50 ATM in each bottle. Bottles must be completely empty of pressure before checking pre-charge. Open flap extension emergency valve and drain completely until accumulator pressure is zero. Lots of fluid and air out the right wing drain valve. > On Jun 23, 2017, at 16:17, RJM <Richard@Mrazek.ca> wrote: > > > Hi Bill, > > Well we found the micro switch that wasn't working.
