Josh,Take the entire locking assy off the airframe. On the back of the of t
he small black box you can remove the back plate. Inside there is a small b
all that rides along the shaft. Most likely the ball is stuck. Just spray s
ome cleaner into it. You may have to take a small screwdriver and get the b
all moving again.=C2-
