Subject: | Hydraulic mule connections to my L-29 |
Hello all:
I have been attempting to power the hydraulic system of my L-29 from a hydraulic
mule. I have connected the high pressure line from the mule to the aft auxiliary
connector located at the right aft wing root and identified as Ha-11. This
is the smaller of the two connectors that has M16 x 1 threads. The forward
connector is the one that is larger (M22 x 1.5) Ha-3. The Album Schematic shows
Ha-3 as an out flow but it is ball checked preventing outflow. When I power
up the mule, I can extend and retract the Air Brakes (thats all Ive had the courage
to operate!) but massive amounts of 5606 jets out of the hydraulic over
pressure line at the bottom of the fuselage. No matter how low I set the pressure
output on the mule, this still happens. The manuals mention a hydraulic truck
connected to these ports but make no mention of how this is done.
I am VERY confused! Any help will be greatly appreciated.
