I have a simple l-39 maintenance question for the experts. I 've heard 
enough differing answers that I have questions

At what time should the hydraulic level in the main reservoir be 
between the indexes in the glass window.  When running? after shut 
down? Accumulators full or discharged?

hydraulic systems has been excise ).or after shut down.
