Buz, I took a demo flight in that plane. Perhaps he needed a bit more instruction.
I found the info on the FAA preliminary incident site. It is updated daily
and shows all incidents and accidents. It's usually a list of daily gear up landings.
I'd offer a link but I am at work and it's at home.

Buz and all,

    Just go to www.faa.gov and click on the Accident and Incident Data under 
Top Requests.    The Preliminary Accident Data is usually pretty sketchy but 
the first place you will find out about an accident.
