From: "pequeajim" Well, I went down to Sun n Fun actually to look at other aircraft and see what else was available that would fit my mission. While walking around, I can upon the Lightning display. All the guys were there and readily encouraged me to get in the Lightning Demo aircraft. (This was not available when I visited Shelbyville). My brother in law and I both got in the airplane and the difference in room caught me by surprise! I not only fit, but had a little space from the top of my head to the bottom of the closed canopy! This was in an aircraft that had seat cusions in it; but not fat ones, like what I sat in previously. Anyway, we looked at each other and he said, "you really want to make the Lightning work don't you?" We gave each other the thumbs up and after speaking with Ryan from GL, my Lightning and Engine will be coming shortly. Fortunatly for me GL already had one in the queue, and I was able to grab it! Thanks to all for your encouragement and help. I am really excited to get started when the aircraft get's here! Jim!
