For those of you that may have ordered a Lightning model, or those that are
thinking about ordering one, let me say that my model of N31BZ just arrived
and it is outstanding. The detail and workmanship is superb. I have models
of most of the aircraft that I have owned (Pitts, Bonanza, Cub, etc) that
were made in the Philippines, and this one (also made there) is just as good or
better. I don't remember who first came up with the info for this builder
(Rick?) and suggested it to the Lightning list, but it certainly was a great
suggestion. The key to getting an accurate model of your specific aircraft and
paint scheme is to send them lots of photos showing the details you want the
model to have. You will be pleased with the results.
