I have racked my brain, and just can't remember right now. I will have
to look through my many photo files to see it I have one that shows. But my
suggestion would be to go with what Mark mentioned in his answer. They are
the guys that work with this kind of thing all the time.

Mark:
Will the 1/8 NPT fittings still allow enough fuel flow?
Linda; do you remember what size fittings are on your selector valve?
Jim!

Jim,
Consider the FS20x3 and FS20x7. I believe that both Linda Mathais and
Joe
Cooper used the FS20x7.
Go to their web site http://www.andair.co.uk/system/index.html and you
can
configure the valve just about any way you like. I suggest that you
configure it with either 1/8 NPT or =BC NPT female fittings on all
sides. This
way you can use inexpensive brass elbows (90 & 45 with a =BC barb on the
other
end) to connect up to the fuel line supplied with the kit. If I had my
choice I=92d use the 1/8 NPT fitting at least on the inlets because the
1/8
brass elbows are smaller and you=92re working with limited space in the
center
console.
These options weren=92t available when working with Joe and Linda=92s
planes. We
had to buy reducers from AN6 fittings to =BC barbs. It works just fine
but is
bulky and adds weight.
Hope this helps.
Mark

You folks that have used the andair fuel valves in your Lightning, can
you
tell me which model you used?
Also, what fittings did you use?
Thanks
Jim!

Thanks Buz. I think I am going to go with the one that Mark mentioned, but
would like to stay with the larger female fittings. I'm afraid to go to
osmall with the fittings as I do not want to cut down on the fuel flow.
Jim!

Jim,
The Facet fuel pump has 1/8 fittings in which you=92ll install the 1/8
NPT to
=BC barb. I=92ve installed these fittings on 10 planes so far with no
problems.
It shouldn=92t be an issue to use the 1/8 NPT fittings on the fuel
selector
valve. If you=92d like a point of reference take a look at the =BC NPT
90 elbows
compared to the 1/8 NPT to 90 elbows. Both have =BC barbs on the other
side.
In tight spaces such as the center fuel console I think the 1/8 NPT will
give you a little more space to work with.
Hope this helps.
