Has anyone checked to see if your engine has sagged any sense
installation? I am about to fit my cowl and would like to compensate for
any if its prevalent.

I asked that exact question at Arion today. They install the engine with no
shims and then if for some reason, it sags, shim it accordingly. Fit the
cowl for a straight install, no shims. I installed my engine with no shims,
but allowed for a tiny bit of sag.
