I held the tube on a flat surface and had someone help me by marking each end where it toucehd the surface, Then I drew a line between the two marks. Is there a better way? Colin K. It will nest on the outside diameter (O.D.) of the tube and you can mark your line down the edge of the angle. The legs of the angle need to be smaller than the O.D. of the tube. If you don't have small enough angle in your kit, Home Depot or hobby stores sell some fairly small sections. Pat Phillips Lawrenceville, GA ----- Original Message ---- From: Colin J. I was able to put the tube in the inside corner and use the edge as you suggested. Perfect! Watch out for more dumb questions in the near future! :-) Colin K. I am in the final stages of completing my lightning. I even climbed up in the cockpit and make some airplane noises. (I didn't have the urge, but have heard that this is what builders do, so I didn't want to miss out on the camaraderie). The other pic is of my panel fitted. It wil have a garmin SL-40, 327, AP-100 audio panel, MGL Odyssey and aero composites power panel Jim! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Other Matronics Email List Services ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Post A New Message lightning-list@matronics.com UN/SUBSCRIBE http://www.matronics.com/subscription List FAQ http://www.matronics.com/FAQ/Lightning-List.htm Web Forum Interface To Lists http://forums.matronics.com Matronics List Wiki http://wiki.matronics.com Full Archive Search Engine http://www.matronics.com/search 7-Day List Browse http://www.matronics.com/browse/lightning-list Browse Digests http://www.matronics.com/digest/lightning-list Browse Other Lists http://www.matronics.com/browse Live Online Chat! http://www.matronics.com/chat Archive Downloading http://www.matronics.com/archives Photo Share http://www.matronics.com/photoshare Other Email Lists http://www.matronics.com/emaillists Contributions http://www.matronics.com/contribution ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- These Email List Services are sponsored solely by Matronics and through the generous Contributions of its members.
