I have never had to retract the flaps after takeoff. Any ideas? Anyone else noticed the same phenomenon? However, in my case the flaps always go down, not up. But I'm left handed. But, tell me, what weird position are you in to have your hand resting on top of the stick? Is that some new world record setting trick? They are really retracting without pilot intervention.
