        Hi All,
      
        Has anyone attempted to embed a trim tab in the ailerons or elevator?  
      Are there any flutter concerns in doing so?
      
        How are you actuating the flaps, with a dash mounted switch or a stick 
      mounted one.  What stick grips are you using?  What functions are you 
      putting on these stick grips?  How have they worked out in flight?
      
        I would like to fly with my right hand on the stick and actuate the 
      throttle with my left.  Have any of you (I know Johnny Thompson has) 
      created that set up and how does it work?
