No, not yet. I don't have time to get it inspected until after the 4th of

Jim,
Very nice paint job! :-) Would like to know more about the paint
process that was used, what kind of paint, done in paint both or what
and how long it took. Did you do it or contract it out? Did you do the
prepaint prep, i.e. sanding, filling and priming or did someone else do it?

The paint job was done by the painter that works for Green Landings. I
believe the paint he used was DuPont Impron.
He can really do the job in about two weeks, but you have to time things
properly to get those results. Generally, it takes around a month.
He does good work. I have learned a few things during the process, and to
do it the next time, (which I will), I will do a couple of things
differently.
I'll fly this one around a bit and then start on my next Lightning and sell
mine. I really enjoy the building.
