Group, The Lightning Sport LS-1 Flew for the first time on Saturday under a R&D certificate. Aircraft performed as expected, hands off, with minor tuning adjustment to the carby. Initial stall test show a clean stall of 36knts @1220 pounds, so under 45knts should no be a problem with another 100lbs on board. Will keep ya'll updated and should see the FAA on Wednesday for final S-LSA approval. Nick Otterback Arion Aircraft, LLC
