From: Brian Proett <bproett@hotmail.com> Brian In my spare time I have made several mock panel layouts with the Horizon. I will be looking forward to your write up. When I looked at the GR web si te I see that the Horizon HX comes in either 6.5 in or 8.4 in formats. I w as not sure if the 8.4 in displays could fit in the Lightning panel. It do es in my drawing but anything fits in my drawings. It was one of my primar y questions on my list for a flight test when I can find time to make it do wn to TN for a flight test. Brian P. From: dashvii@hotmail.com Subject: RE: Lightning-List: Another first flight! Brian=2C The Horizon EFIS are the larger format screens. As far as I know this is the first installation of such. There are some other benefits that come w ith these EFIS as well. I'm writing an article for the newsletter right no w and that's one of the things that will be in there. I'm sure that Buz is wondering when I'll finally get done with this article. Been a busy year! Brian W. From: bproett@hotmail.com Subject: RE: Lightning-List: Another first flight!
