Official start date for Sun N Fun is Tuesday, 13 April, so you still have
plenty of time to arrange your schedule so that you can fly there in your
Lightning. Last year, other that the factory and dealer Lightnings, World
Record Earl was the only Lightning owner to fly to Sun N Fun. In fact, we
had more Esquals in the fly-in parking area than Lightnings (2 Esquals, 1
Lightning). Surely this year will be different. In fact, here is a
challenge; if World Record Earl and I can do it (at our advanced age) why not
you?
It would be great to have a row of Lightnings parked together. The key to
that is getting there early enough so that the parkers have time to take
you to a specific row. If you arrive at a busy arrival time, getting to a
specific row will be more difficult. I can save some parking spaces if I
know when you will arrive, but the earlier the easier. So if you know when
you will be arriving, I'll be there looking for you - like I did for Earl

I plan to be there, but haven't got a firm schedule yet. Will definitely be
there for the Forum on Friday. Hope there will be room for a tent in the
enclave. Hope we will have a bunch of Lightnings this time.
