Is that the airplane that I saw when I visited the Jabiru people at KSYI, Shelbyville, TN? I went down to visit my friends in TN and they took me out to visit the Jabiru folk. Great operation. There was a very fast, very efficient airplane there that caught my eye... I *think* it was a Lightning. Not sure. Anyway, that's not why I'm here. What I would like to do is introduce you to a beautiful property that is for sale by owner. The friends I visited... their home/hangar/airstrip is for sale in Bell Buckle, TN. TN65 is the identifier on the Atlanta Sectional chart. If you, or anyone you know, are interested... please visit: http://tinyurl.com/ownyourdream There you will find many photos and all the pertinent details regarding this pilot's paradise. Subject: Wheel Balancing results within the week...

Just got my universal wheel balancer for motorcycle wheels. Tapered cones allow it to work with any wheel up to 1.5" axle. http://www.marcparnes.com/Universal_Motorcycle_Wheel_Balancer.htm It's very sensitive. Thumb screws secure the cones, and if both thumb screws are on the same side, the balancer will slowly rotate until they're at the bottom. I have flights scheduled for Sunday and Monday I'll be doing Murph* for Memorial Day. But by the middle of the week I should have the wheels balanced and can report on how that affects the shimmy after landing. *Murph: Run a mile, do 100 pullups, 200 pushups, and 300 squats...then run another mile. Last year was just over 57 minutes, this time shooting for sub 50. Google "Memorial Day Murph" if curious. Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=299227#299227
