Tex and All,
I will get some numbers for you guys. The Country hearth is nice in town,
not the cheapest but closest to stuff in town. Also we have a Super 8 and a
Days inn I think. Will get the numbers for you.

Nick - Can you provide me with a few details. I have a business trip to
Houston the first week of Oct and I am considering dropping by if the timing
and logistics are not too difficult. I would need to catch a flight to

Suggest that you include the Knight's Inn and Ramada in Murphreesboro. They
have been the cheapest around and the rooms are OK.

If staying for a full week the Crestwood Suites-Murfreesboro has a weekly rate
of less than $250. It includes a kitchen, free internet and long distance calls.
I stayed there last december and the room was clean and quiet.

I'm flying 3-4 times a week and I now fly the Lightning just as well as I used
to fly my Cessna 150.
Yesterday I went practicing touch and goes with crosswinds of 10 G 15. The lightning
is much more stable in turbulence than what I used to fly. It is also
much more responsive, so when I stopped over-correcting it all became quite easy.
I am very happy with this great airplane,
