    We get it once in a while seems to be a bit of glazing on the disc, goes away after a few landings.     I used to get it on a car, when it drove me nuts enough I pulled the pads and it was them that had shined up. I just used to emery up the brake material and again it went away. But it usually came back. It in one old car I had it had shims that only covered half the brake pad to sort of tip the pad over a few thou. When I threw them away as they were corroded the brakes started to squeal....
