Just too much going on I guess. But this forward from Linda will give everyone the latest information on Joe and his current situation. So just like everyone has Harry's family and close friends in you thoughts and prayers, please keep Joe and Linda in your hearts as well. Blue Skies, Buz ____________________________________ From: lbmathias1@gmail.com Dear friends and family, Joe took a definite turn for the worse today; when I arrived just before 8AM, he was sound asleep and I was unable to wake him. Even when the aides picked him up and put him in the wheelchair, he wouldn't wake up. Nurse took BP which was 74/46 but oxygen was good; he appeared to have some sort of episode which could have been either a stroke or the heart just not pumping well. I opted not to send him to the emergency room because it would just mean a lot of tests he probably isn't up to. He rested all day and opened his eyes for very short periods throughout. His color improved later in the day and blood pressure improved slightly. Buz Rich came this afternoon and sat with us for a couple hours; he has provided tremendous support. About 6PM Joe awakened a little and said he wanted to get up and go to the airport; so you can tell that his lifelong love of aviation is still very strong even though his body is very weak. Please continue the prayers for his comfort, Linda ________________________________ Message 2 _____________________________________ Time: 05:50:01 PM PST US From: Rick Bowen Subject: RE: Lightning-List: Fwd: Update on Joe Definitely remembering Joe and Linda in prayer...
