Bill,
Thats what has been on my mind for some time , too!
Nick told me , he might come around to make some short wingtips with winglet some
day, but so far nothing happened.
The wingtips of my Lightning(No.89, to be completed spring 2012) are painted and
all, but I am ready to spend some time and some bucks if somebody makes them.
Maybe even not with those rather short winglets like the LSA, but longer ,
i.e. higher ones!Have you all seen the letast 757/767s?
So, Arion and all the others! Give it a go!

Arion Aircraft Will be closed From December 23 to January 2 for the
Holiday.
Although the Shop will be closed for phone calls and tours I will have
my laptop with me to answer emails.

all else fails this list will work too, try the others firsts please.
If it is urgent please email me your phone number and i will get back to
you.

Heh all you lighting fans check out this months issue of Plane and Pilot. The LS-1
has made there top 20 list for 2011. We wont worry about the typo on LSA count
though. but it was 18 aircraft so far, 8 in the US and 2 SLSAs to Australia
for this year alone!

Lightning RAAus 19-7848 had a successful first flight today. No major problems,
maybe a little heavy on the left wing.
I know I missed out on the 100th first flight. May be I can claim "Last ,First
Flight of 2011"??
