Hi Tex,
What exactly is the problem you are having, uneven oil feed, valve guide wear,
something else?

The problem is extreme wear on the exhaust valves, as shown in the video.
The amount of oil seems proper, but it enters the head nearest the intake
valve. The exhust valves get less as its farther down the stream. Its the
same on 6 cylinders.

Not correct Tex. On the previous 3300 heads the first oil feed slot is
closer to the exhaust valve in two of the six cylinders, equal in two
cylinders and closer to the intake valve in the other two.

Tex,
There has been a lot of discussion on the thread. It provides an
increase in oil flow and pressure according to those who have done it.

I am not sure what size the hose is, but the problem seems to be
plenty of oil but it does not get to the exhust valve. The intake valve
gets plenty. I will check the hose size. Was this a mod. I missed? Tex

Did you change your oil cooler adapter for one with larger 3/8"
fittings and then use larger 3/8" hose?

Check out these two links -
Gentlemen, please view the below items. This is a problem that has
been noticed on two of engines in my area. One is a 2200 and mine which
is a 3300. It seems to be with early hyd/lifter engines. Any comments
welcome.

Pete, I have received your coment on how I was wrong on the layout of
the 3300 valves, but I was hoping for some insite to my problem rather
than the way I discribed it. This problem has now surfaced in Europe and
I was hoping for help for it will be showing up here soon. The valve
guides on the exhaust are wearing out in less the 100 hours.
Will there be anyone from Jabiru Au at Sun & Fun that I can talk to?
