Subject: | LSA Spec for USA ASTM F-2245 |
Does anyone have a copy of this spec on PDF? If so is it small enough to E mail.
If not does anyone know the additional safety factor used for composite aircraft?
Assuming the standard safety factor is 1.5, what is there on top of that?
Thanks, Regards, Clive

Clive,
I believe that I was told (at the aircraft manufacturer I work for) that in
Aerospace that a safety of factor of 3 was common where nothing else is stated.
Thanks,
Brian Whittingham
