Subject: Re: Lightning-List: GRT Autopilot
Back on May 13th there was a question on GRT autopilot gains.. The
message list exploded with multiple identical repeated
messages.....I=99m not sure there was an answer presented...so I
am going to take a chance since there seems to be so little traffic, to
report my settings and hope that it doesn=99t generate the same
multiple copy message problems. On my new to me Lighning both pitch
and roll gains are at 141%. Both dampings are set at 100%. I only have
a few hours with the autopilot engaged, but it seems to work fine and
holds headings and altitude precisely and without any signs of
instability...
