      I described the actual problem on one aircraft.
      
      I found three more aircraft with the same symptoms that could have the actual 
      problem.
      
      And I have now found one additional high wing aircraft installation that 
      doesn't allow the fuel pump flow through to occur, if the fuel valves are turned
      
      off.
