    Update. It turns out the 705-1000 device is required for later engines only. The M332Sc which I have has a needle valve built into the throttle housing which serves the same purpose, so the regulator is neither needed or approved for this engine.     Hopefully you'll be able to make the necessary adjustments using the needle v alve assembly to cure the condition.
