Years ago I had a friend that used an Automotive voltage regulator on an Experimental
Aircraft.
I don't remember if it was Ford or Chrysler ( maybe neither ).
It was a 2 pin regulator that replaced the Prestolite VSF- 7203 on firewall of
Citabrias and other Lycoming powered aircraft. It could be purchased for about
$25.
Does anyone remember the part number and / or have a source?
