Dale: WAY TOO MUCH WORK! Vinod... This is what you do... Just get a 4-40 threaded rod - - A few 4-40 Locking Nuts [NOT ELASTIC STOP NUTS // NYLON LOCK NUTS <--- NOT!] Cut the rod 1 1/2" longer than the spacing between the baffle flaps. Install a Lock Nut at each end and tighten down just enough to hold the shape of the baffle curve next to the cylinders. THAT IS ALL - YOU ARE DONE! But ... Tthere is always a BUT! The part that FAILS is the HOLE in the ALUMINUM Baffle. To prevent this - - Well, that is a bit more work. Install a BRASS GROMMET in the hole. Peen over the part that goes through to hole in in and lock the position. The HARD parts about this are: 1 - Finding or making the Brass Grommet. 2 - Peening it.... The baffling usually has to be removed. There are a few tricks with a rivet squeezing tool BUT you would need a rivet squeezing tool and die. Sorry I can't make this part as easy as the first. Hope you have baffles that have the hole? Insert a s crew, with an adjustment nut already on screw, into hole in each baffle. In stall all metal lock nut on end of each screw. Adjust for proper length and tighten nuts.
