Can you try again to explain the hook up? Slowly this time, please. Eric - O-320 preserved in SW Michigan. ps - Do you have a picture of it hooked up to the engine? quote="BARRY CHECK 6"]Alan: Plug the Engine with a cap. The end of the clear plastic tube is connected to the IN side of the oil cooler and - Then plug the oil cooler with the cap. Then connect to the OUT side of the engine. Now disconnect the hose. You now have a Male fitting on the engine. You will need a CAP (usually an ANxxx-6) CAP Now, on the Pre-Oiler you will have a hose/tube - It will require a Female ANxxx-6 fitting to fit on the Oil Cooler and on the engine. Fill the Pre-Oiler with 1 Qt of oil. Connect the hose/tube to the Oil Cooler Put the CAP on the engine fitting. Pressurize the Pre-Oiler to 125 PSI with air. Leave the air hooked up and running. Open the valve on the Pre-Oiler. BAM - You just squirted oil through the engine. NOW! Shut off the Pre-Oiler. Disconnect the air. Remove the CAP from the Engine. Remove the hose/tube from the Oil Cooler. Put the CAP on the Oil Cooler. Connect the hose/tube to the Engine. Put 1 Qt of oil in the Pre-Oiler. Pressurize the Pre-Oiler to 125 PSI with air. Leave the air hooked up and running. Open the valve on the Pre-Oiler. BAM - You just squirted oil through the engine IN OPPOSITE DIRECTION - GREAT! BAM - You are DONE Hope this makes sense - If not, let me know and I'll try again.
