It was 25C or so higher than #6 and #9. Now it is within 4C of the other two and it is not the hottest (#6 is 4C higher than #3 and #9). I added some louvers to increase the exit airflow and installed a spinner that I had to decrease the intake air. After talking with a few others I think the inlet to outlet ratio is pretty far off on the way I was set up (Murphy Moose). But I really think it was the #3 exhaust leaking onto the probe, there was some grayish discoloration on the bottom of the exhaust stack just aft of the nut/collar. The nut or collar was tight, I had tightened them after the first hour or so but I think it still was not seated fully. Loosened that exhaust segment on both sides and tightened the collar nut on the cylinder first then re tightened the clamps on the segment. I think the air ratio work helped overall though as this was a takeoff from a density altitude of 6,700 feet and the hottest I ever got was 212. Before even the cooler ones (on a cooler day) were 225 to 230 in the climb.
