I went over the rocker arm & valve clearance per the maintance manual (task card 247). It states a clearance of 0.3 mm for both valves, cold. The clearances on mine (romanian m14p) were mostly 0.3 mm for the intake valves, but 0.45 mm for the exhaust valves. I set them all at 0.3 mm per the manual, but due to the consistancy of the exhaust settings, I thought I'd ask if anyone has found a similar thing? The placard on the nose case states 0.010", but I thought 0.012" (0.3mm) close enough. Thanks, John http://smallbusiness.yahoo.com/webhosting

You are correct. .012 is closer. It is normal for them to ware. We recommend adjustment at 30 hours from new and then every 100 hrs.
