Chip detectors a series of metal discs space closely together. With a metal c hip comes along it bridges to discs. The disks are alternating one connectin g to ground the other one connecting to the lead at the front which connects to a lightbulb industrial battery. When a metal chip appears it shorts betw een the two discs and makes the ground connection and turns on the light. That is correct, only a light bulb connected to the chip detector screen. =C2- Very simple, but effective mechanism.Dennis On Sunday, July 26, 2020, 4:11:44 PM EDT, Sylvain April <sapril001@hotm ail.com> wrote: Hi, Can anyone tel me how is working the chip metal detector on e M14-P, is the re only a light bulb connected to this detector or there is also some elect ronic circuits with it. =C2- Thanks Sylvain April Murphy Moose. =C2- Provenance=C2-: Courrier pour Windows 10 =C2-
