Subject: Spark Plug Inserts

I have some loose spark plug inserts on my M-14PF and wondering what the best fix
is? I am hoping it is a field repair I can do myself. I already texted my
M-14/Yak savant Dennis Savarese, and hope to get more input from everyone.
