Just removed my oil cooler from my Yak-52. Its dataplate shows Positech Intl, I called the 3 telephoine numbers on the data plate and all are disconnected and google shows them closed permanently. Where can I send the oil cooler to be clean and inspected? Thanks Todd Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=506590#506590

Todd what is not often realised is that these oil coolers become very inefficient over a period of time with hardened oil residue effectively insulating the inside of the cooler. We know from experience that no amount of chemical cleaning can dislodge it, and you must send it to a facility that has a heavy duty ultrasonic machine and the vibration is the way to get rid of this hardened oil!
